Coverage attorneys are limited to 10 cases and must deliver their case list to the Judicial Assistant by close of business the Monday before the pretrial hearing. Waivers of appearance must comply with Small Claims Rule 7.090(e) or they will be stricken. After a default is awarded, provide the proposed judgment within 30 days; settled pretrial cases file the Stipulation and Dismissal within 30 days or notice for trial. Mediations and Motions to Determine Rent are heard IN PERSON.
