13-5-111. Tenth district. (1) The tenth judicial district shall be composed of
the county of Pueblo.

 (2) (a) The number of judges for the tenth judicial district shall be six.

 (b) Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2008, the number of
judges for the tenth judicial district shall be seven.

 (c) Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2019, the number of
judges for the tenth judicial district is eight.
