13-5-120. Nineteenth district. (1) The nineteenth judicial district shall be composed of the county of Weld. (2) (a) The number of judges for the nineteenth judicial district shall be four. (b) Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2002, the number of judges for the nineteenth judicial district shall be five. (c) Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2003, the number of judges for the nineteenth judicial district shall be six. (d) Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2007, the number of judges for the nineteenth judicial district shall be seven. (e) Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2008, the number of judges for the nineteenth judicial district shall be eight. (f) Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2009, the number of judges for the nineteenth judicial district shall be nine. (g) Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2019, the number of judges for the nineteenth judicial district is ten. (h) Subject to available appropriations, effective January 1, 2020, the number of judges for the nineteenth judicial district is eleven.
