13-5-123. Twenty-second district. (1) The twenty-second judicial district
shall be composed of the counties of Dolores and Montezuma.

 (2) (a) The number of judges for the twenty-second judicial district shall be
one.

 (b) Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2007, the number of
judges for the twenty-second judicial district shall be two.
