- The pending-amendment ledger — adopted orders with future effective dates banner their rules, and the corroborate gate goes RED when text goes stale.

THE SEPT-1-2026 RULE WAVE — ledgered, bannered, gated
The Supreme Court has adopted amendments with future effective dates. Text loaded today goes stale for those rules on those dates — so the ledger names them, the rule pages banner them, and the corroborate gate goes RED until the touched rules are re-fetched.

The session overlay — armed for 2027
The 2026 session (268 chapters, general effective 2026-06-11) is INTEGRATED: the compilation refreshed 2026-07-15, and 308 loaded sections carry the session's history markers — proof pinned by a live gate. The 2027 long session is the next window: when the 2027 session laws post: compare the RCW home's Last-update date against the session's effective dates; if the compilation predates them, build per-title pending-amendment notes before trusting amended sections
