A judge's preferences and a district's standing orders are real constraints — but they are never flattened into law, and we never claim coverage we do not have. Here is exactly what is loaded about the North Carolina bench, and what is not yet.
Loaded — the court structure + the district documents
- The unified court map — one Supreme Court, one Court of Appeals, the Superior/District divisions at the $25,000 line, the magistrate lane, and the Business Court bench. See the courts map.
- The Business Court designation machine (§ 7A-45.4) with its 30-day window — loaded verbatim.
- 301 local rule documents (case-management plans, standing orders, district rules) from the nccourts.gov catalog, attributed by county and judicial district. See the local-law board.
Not yet loaded — stated honestly
Individual judge cards and per-judge procedures are not yet in the corpus. North Carolina has no central per-judge procedures registry — chamber practices live district by district — so the platform will not present a judge-procedure card it has not verified. When per-judge coverage is loaded, each card will carry its source and last-verified date, the same as every other unit.
