North Carolina local law
North Carolina centralizes local rules and forms on nccourts.gov's documents catalog. This registry is the honest coverage map (the TX-TOPICS pattern): every catalog document enumerated; text loads are a separate metro-first pass. Unlike Texas RJA-10, NC has no posted-or-not-effective statute — absence of a local rule here means none is posted on the official catalog, and chamber/administrative practices may exist off-catalog.
301 rule documents carry live text — loaded verbatim as NC-LOCAL units and readable at their unit pages. 132 catalog rules are scanned images with no text layer: the OCR queue, recorded and stated, never hidden.

Attribution comes from the catalog's own titles and slugs — county where stated, judicial district (JD) where stated, and the rest held at catalog level rather than guessed.
