Arizona judges & the bench
A judge's preferences and a division's standing orders are real constraints — but they are never flattened into law, and we never claim coverage we do not have. Here is exactly what is loaded about the Arizona bench, and what is not yet.
Loaded — the structure + the county layer
- The court map — the Supreme Court (the practice regulator), the Court of Appeals in two divisions (Division 1's nineteen judges asserted only because A.R.S. § 12-120(B) states it), the single superior court in fifteen counties, the justice precincts, and the municipal lane. See the courts map.
- The Rule 28.1 local-rules approval machinery (loaded verbatim as AZ-SCR 28.1) and the committed 15-county approval-order registry. See the local-law board.
- The compulsory-arbitration county-conditional machine — whose dollar limit the platform never asserts globally, because it is a per-county local-rule fact.
Not yet loaded — stated honestly
Individual judge cards and per-division procedures are not yet in the corpus. Arizona chamber practices live county by county and division by division — there is no central per-judge procedures registry — so the platform will not present a judge-procedure card it has not verified. When per-judge coverage is loaded, each card will carry its source and last-verified date, the same as every other unit.
