Arizona local law
Arizona superior-court local rules exist only with Supreme Court approval (Ariz. Sup. Ct. R. 28.1, adopted by R-16-0033 eff. 2017-01-01 — loaded as AZ-SCR 28.1). The per-county status below is enumerated from the court's own Local-Rules approval-order archive (49 orders captured 2026-07-16 from azcourts.gov/rules/RecentAmendments/MoreRules/LocalRulesofPracticefortheSuperiorCourts.aspx). Coverage is honest: 'replacement-book' counties have a complete approved rulebook order with a public PDF; 'amendments-only' counties show approval orders but the consolidated base predates the public archive (the vendor portal hosts consolidated text — never scraped); 'none-on-index' counties have no order on the archive page, which means no approved local rules were found there, not that none exist.

no orders on the archive indexEnumerated 2026-07-16 from the court's Local-Rules approval-order archive. “No orders on the archive index” means exactly that — not that no local practice exists. The consolidated rule text for amendment-stack counties lives on the vendor portal, which this platform never scrapes; the orders above are the court's own public PDFs.
