Colorado — Centennial
Colorado family law: shown, routed — and the LLP era stated.
Nothing here drafts a family-law document. The statutes render verbatim; every judgment routes to licensed help — and in Colorado that includes a lane no sibling state has.
TrialVector is software — not a lawyer, not a law firm, and not a substitute for one. It provides legal information of a general nature, not legal advice; it prepares no documents for you in Colorado today; and it forms no attorney-client relationship.
THE LLP ERA — representation inside this lane, by statute
A licensed legal paraprofessional's practice "is limited to representing a client in" the enumerated family matters — legal separation, invalidity, dissolution of marriage or civil union, parental-responsibility and parentage matters (C.R.S. § 13-93-302). The privilege statute names LLPs beside attorneys (§ 13-90-107(1)(b)). Whether this platform may route to an LLP tier is Question 3 of the counsel brief — the rail stays closed until counsel answers.
Protection orders — safety first
The civil protection-order machinery is loaded Title 13, article 14 — temporary orders can issue from municipal courts of record, county courts, and district/probate/juvenile courts by the statute's own words.
Dissolution — the decree and the 91-day domicile
The district court enters the decree when the statute's findings stand — including that a party has been domiciled in Colorado for ninety-one days (thirteen sevens; the Rule of Sevens reaches even dissolution).
Child support — the guidelines section that caught our parser
The child-support guidelines live at 14-10-115 — the section whose 211-character heading overflowed the first leadline cap and was recovered by the live gate. Its schedule is read whole, never paraphrased.
Parental responsibility
Allocation rides part 1 of article 10 — the best-interests section is loaded and read whole on its own page.
The 28-day financial disclosures
The family lane's disclosure clock is ORDER-CARRIED — Rule Change 2024(03) prints the 16.2(e) exchange-and-certificate window.
