No Colorado attorney directory or routed intake exists here yet — the rail opens only after Colorado counsel reviews the brief (docs/CO-ATTORNEY-RAIL-COUNSEL-BRIEF.md carries six questions, including whether a separate LLP tier may exist for the § 13-93-302 family scope). Until then, the state bar's own referral channels are the road.
The law the rail will be built against — loaded now
- § 13-93-101 — license to practice necessary (the party-concerned clause is the self-representation door).
- § 13-93-108 — practice without license is contempt; Colorado has no software safe harbor, and this platform's SHOW/EDUCATE/ROUTE spine is built against that fact.
