Colorado — Centennial

The attorney rail, honestly closed.

TrialVector is software — not a lawyer, not a law firm, and not a substitute for one. It provides legal information of a general nature, not legal advice; it prepares no documents for you in Colorado today; and it forms no attorney-client relationship.

Closed until counsel answers

No Colorado attorney directory or routed intake exists here yet — the rail opens only after Colorado counsel reviews the brief (docs/CO-ATTORNEY-RAIL-COUNSEL-BRIEF.md carries six questions, including whether a separate LLP tier may exist for the § 13-93-302 family scope). Until then, the state bar's own referral channels are the road.

The law the rail will be built against — loaded now

  • § 13-93-101 — license to practice necessary (the party-concerned clause is the self-representation door).
  • § 13-93-108 — practice without license is contempt; Colorado has no software safe harbor, and this platform's SHOW/EDUCATE/ROUTE spine is built against that fact.
  • §§ 13-93-301 to -314 — THE LLP ARTICLE: a complete statutory licensing scheme, family-scope only, with privilege parity in the evidence code.
  • CJD 13-01 — the judiciary's own line between legal information and legal advice; this platform lives on the information side.
