- Municipal ordinances. Home-rule cities charge traffic conduct under their own codes; those codes are not in this corpus. The statute's own conviction definition reaches "the similar provisions of any municipal ordinance" — the ordinance itself must be read at the city.
- The DMV's administrative practice. The department's hearing procedures beyond the loaded statutes live in its own rules — routed, not paraphrased.
- Criminal traffic. Misdemeanor traffic offenses (the 1701 tables name them) are criminal matters outside this civil platform's lane — a licensed defense lawyer is the road.
