The Nevada engine

What this platform is, in checkable terms: 8,578 Nevada units live-counted — and every corroboration gate re-verifies the pinned law on each release.

The product law

  1. Verbatim or absent — every unit byte-for-byte from the Legislative Counsel Bureau's own publications, hash-pinned, review-stated.
  2. A language model never computes a deadline — every Nevada clock is a pure traced function pinned to the rule's own words, including the JUDICIAL-day computer the eviction statute demands.
  3. Fail closed — an unknown authority, an unparseable page, or a below-floor enumeration refuses; nothing is inferred empty.
  4. Honest states — live counts on every board; not-loaded said plainly (the NAC, municipal ordinances, tribal law, the 5th/6th districts' absent local books).
  5. The ADKT ledger — applied rule-order dockets recorded with proof; the unresolved watch (ADKT 0630) stated as UNVERIFIED until the docket answers.
  6. The session overlay — Nevada's legislature is BIENNIAL: the 83rd (2025) session is integrated with the compilation's own stamps as proof; the 84th (2027) watch is armed with its reconciliation duty named.
  7. SHOW / EDUCATE / ROUTE — NRS 240A.030(3)(k)'s software exclusion is the statutory ground; the document lane still waits for Nevada counsel's written confirmation, because the exclusion is not a license to practice law (NRS 7.285).

THE ADKT LEDGER — applied orders recorded, the watch stated

Nevada's Supreme Court amends the rules by ADKT order. The ledger records what is APPLIED in the loaded text — with the page's own stamp as proof — and what is on WATCH. An unresolved claim stays labeled unverified; it never silently becomes fact.

The session overlay — armed for the 84th (2027)

The 83rd (2025) session is INTEGRATED — every LCB page fetched at build carried the compilation's own [Rev. 04/15/2026 …--2025] currency stamp. Nevada's legislature is BIENNIAL: the 84th session convenes 2027-02-01 and adjourns around 2027-06-01 — after sine die, the overlay's duty is to reconcile enacted chapters against the loaded titles, re-fetch what they touched, and disarm. Until then it stands armed.

The corpus board with per-family counts lives on /nv/rules; the build ledger on /nv/status.
