The gate is code, not policy

Document preparation waits for Nevada counsel: isNvAssemblerEnabled() requires NV_LIVE AND NV_240A_COUNSEL_CONFIRMED, the API refuses with the statutory reason (NRS 240A.030(3)(k) is the doorway; NRS 7.285 is why counsel confirms first), and the DD-10 pro-se table carries the same named flag. No copy edit can open it.

Six states, provably apart

The contamination guard proves the six states' corpus prefixes pairwise disjoint and every Nevada registry NV-namespaced — a Florida cite can never resolve as Nevada law, and the citation grammar rejects the sibling states' shapes by test.

The biennial bomb is armed on the board

Nevada's legislature meets in odd years: the 83rd (2025) session is integrated with the compilation's own stamps as proof, and the session overlay stands ARMED for the 84th (2027) with its reconciliation duty named. The neutral display
